Who we are
Nibble Ads runs flat-fee ChatGPT ads tests for independent online stores. Contact us at hello@nibbleads.com.
What we collect
When you reserve a test or email us, we may receive:
- Your name, email, and store URL
- Details you share about your products, margins, and ad budget
- Messages you send us
We do not ask for or store your OpenAI Ads payment card. You add that card yourself in your own ChatGPT Ads account.
How we use it
- To reply to you and run the service you asked for
- To set up and manage campaigns you invited us into
- To improve our process and keep records of the work
We do not sell your information. We do not run ads against your contact list.
Who else sees it
Only people working on your account, and tools we need to deliver the service (for example email and file storage). If the law requires disclosure, we will comply.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as needed to deliver the work and handle follow-ups, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
Your choices
Email hello@nibbleads.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of further messages.
Site analytics
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. We do not use that data to identify you personally beyond what you already send us.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, when practical, note the change on the site.
